rebuilding credit, which carrier would be best?
i have recently paid off my installment debts from 55k to 7k, have no credit card debt, some chargeoffs which will be falling off the near the end of 2010. what would be the best credit card company to help boost my current score of 630?
Ignore the spammers sending you to websites.
You should try opening a credit card at the bank where you have your checking and savings accounts. That will usually be the best place to start.
Congratulations on getting your debt down to a manageable level! That’s a major feat!
What is the best credit card of 2010?
I work at Costco and I promote our Costco Amex card, but after awhile of trying to get members to get this card I thought, well what is the best card out there? The cards I have, have no cash rebate, air travel or anything. What are some of the best cards out there? Specifically someone spending under 10,000 a year and particularly places like, Costco, Winco, and Ebay… Let me know what has worked for you, or one that seems very interesting. Thanks,
God Bless,
John
There are some people out there with pretty darn good credit scores.
They pay their credit card bill in full each month to achieve this.
There are many good cards.
A couple of them give you 2% cash back on all your purchases and have no fees for international purchases.
There are a couple of gas cards that give you 5% cash back on your card no minimums.
There are some cards that give you quarterly 5% savings in certain categories.
These are the “not so good cards” due to the fact that some give you points – not cash back.
And Discover has a maximum spending of $300 and after that you don’t get the cash back.
Airline miles are hard to redeem and some of those points only go towards trinkets.
Amex has retrictions – such as you have to spend $6,500 a year before you get cash back on some of their cards.
